Catered Chalet Sleeps 14 to 15 persons
A highly attractive medium standard traditional chalet, in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the centre of the resort of Courchevel le Praz and only 250 metres walk to the lifts, and ski back almost to the Chalet.
Seven Spacious Twin/Double/Treble Bedrooms, in total, three of which have en suite washbasins, and all share a total of four bathrooms.
A mezzanine games room with TV, DVD, and Games Console, also has fold away beds which can sleep 1 further adult or two additional children, to bring the maximum sleeping capacity to 16 Persons.
A large comfortable lounge with open fire, and dining area with south facing balcony with views of the mountains, are features of this property.
The Chalet can only be booked on a chalet board catered basis as below. Chalet Staff live out.

The Chalet is spread over three floors and comprises;
Ground Floor:
Entrance door with code lock, Boot storage.
Bedroom 1 - Double Bed sleeps 2 with en suite Washbasin, mountain view.
Bedroom 2 - Twin Beds sleeps 2 with mountain view.
Bedroom 3 - Twin Beds sleeps 2 with en suite Washbasin, mountain view.
Bedroom 4 - Double Bed sleeps 2 with en suite washbasin, mountain view.There is room for an extra single bed or cot in Room 4 if required.
Bathroom with Bath and Shower, Separate WC.
Basement (Below Ground Level):
Bedroom 5 - Twin Beds sleeps 2.
Bedroom 6 - Twin Beds sleeps 2.
Bedroom 7 - Three Single beds sleeps 2-3.
Note: These rooms have windows for light and escape purposes but do not have views.
First Floor:
Bathroom with WC, Shower, Washbasin.
Lounge Area with high wood ceiling, leather seating, Open Fire, TV, DVD.
Dining Area with extending dining table to seat 14 persons.
Kitchen
Large South Facing Balcony with views of the mountains.
Mezzanine Floor:
Games room with Seating, TV, DVD, and Games Console.
Fold out beds are available to use in this room as an additional bedroom for 1 adult or two children. Note: Velux windows and limited headroom in this room.

Catering (Our version of Chalet Board Catered)
Breakfast:
From 8:00am and consists of Tea, Coffee, Fruit Juice, Bread, Croissants, Preserves, Cereals, Yogurts, Porridge, and Eggs to order.
Afternoon Tea:
Fresh cake or biscuits left out daily for your return from skiing.
Evening Meal:
The highlight of the day is served from 7:30pm, with three delicious courses with fresh coffee to follow, and throughout accompanied by unlimited local red and white wines. One evening per week the staff have their day off and there is no evening meal included on this night.

Catered Properties General Information
Our Chalets and Apartments are prepared for your arrival to include;
Thorough cleaning from previous week, and Fresh Bed Linen.
Our resort staff will meet you on arrival to show you to the chalet and distribute keys and assist where necessary.
Earliest Arrival - 12:00 midday unless arranged otherwise and only if possible
Latest Departure - 10:00am unless arranged otherwise and only if possible
Included: Bed Linen, Electric, Gas, Fuel, Water, and Tourist Taxes
Not Included: Travel (minibus airport transfers are available), Towels, Insurance.
